Wanted: Service Advisor/Front Desk Manager

We are looking for an experienced, friendly Service Advisor/Front Desk Manager with automotive experience, including previous reception work, parts or service experience. Must exhibit exceptional customer service as well as be able to work independently. Responsibilities include:

- Greeting clients and entering personal & vehicle information

- Creating and overseeing repair orders

- Ordering and receiving parts, including providing vehicle information to suppliers

- Handling phone/email correspondence

- Handling all cash/card payment transactions
