Jackal Motorsports ECU and TCU tuning for the Audi 8V RS3 and 8S TTRS with the DAZA 2.5T five-cylinder. Jackal's approach on this platform puts drivability on equal footing with peak power - every file is developed on the dyno, then proven through street testing and datalogging in varied conditions, so the car stays smooth and predictable in daily driving and delivers the full gains when you want them.
Performance Gains:
- Stock: 394HP / 354TQ
-
Stock (as tested @ Jackal Motorsports): 407HP/374TQ
- Stage 1 93 Octane: 522HP / 529TQ
- Stage 2 93 Octane: 542HP / 575TQ
- Stage 2 E85: 610HP / 591TQ
- Stage 3: custom tuning - results depend on hardware and fueling
Dyno charts for each stage are in the product images.
Required modifications per stage:
- Stage 1 - No supporting mods required. Suitable for stock or lightly modified cars.
- Stage 2 (93 octane or E85) - Intake, turbo inlet and downpipe required.
- Stage 2 E85 - All Stage 2 mods plus MPI injectors required.
- Stage 3 - Custom tuning only; datalogging required. For hybrid or full-frame turbo setups, upgraded fueling, ethanol blends and race builds. Available remotely, with map switching for different fuels.
Full TCU tune included with every stage at no extra cost
On the DAZA platform the transmission tune is often the first thing owners notice. Rather than simply making shifts harsher, Jackal's TCU calibration makes the gearbox smarter - refined around town and fast and crisp at full throttle.
Daily driving:
- Smoother low-speed operation
- Improved gear selection logic
- More natural part-throttle shifting
Performance:
- Quicker upshifts and downshifts
- Improved launch control
- Increased clutch holding capacity
- Faster response in manual mode
- More consistent shifts under load
Built for drivability
Expect smooth throttle response, predictable and linear torque delivery, and better part-throttle and low-speed manners - no surging or abrupt torque spikes in traffic, on the highway or on a back road.
