Domestic/International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note the following before ordering:

1. We are not responsible for duty charges incurred when importing products to your home country. Duties charges are determined by the importing country, not by us, and they are a normal part of purchasing internationally. We pay duties on almost everything we import.

If you are unsure whether you will be charged for duties by your country's import authority, we highly recommend looking into your local import policies before ordering. We have no way of knowing how much (if any) your country will charge during import, and will not cancel or refund orders because of any duties/taxes you incur. Any shipment refused or returned due to duty/tax charges will be subject to an additional shipping charge to cover the expense of the goods being returned to us. We adhere to strict guidelines in regards to declared customs value and will not undervalue shipments as a means of reducing import costs.

If you have concerns about a shipment that requires the payment of duties/taxes, or if you have any questions about our shipping policies, please don't hesitate to contact us here and we will be happy to help.

By placing your order, you acknowledge that you as the receiver are solely responsible for any and all fees, duties, tariffs, or other charges that may come along with your order.

2. We always ship "signature required". This is to protect your investment from being left on your doorstep or going missing in transit. If you are unable to be home when your package is delivered, you can follow the tracking link we've provided or contact the carrier and request a signature-free release. Please note that by doing this, you are taking on 100% of the responsibility of your package being delivered successfully. We will not submit any claims for missing or stolen packages if you've opted out of the signed delivery.

US SHIPPING 2025 CHANGES - IMPORTANT

From October 1st 2025, all US duties charges on GAS products will be included in the shipping cost. We appreciate your support and patience while we sorted this out!

Due to US import policies changing at the drop of a hat, many US customers have been incorrectly charged COD fees by the shipping carriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL). GAS products are made in Canada, and we always include the required paperwork to apply all available tariff exemptions. We work night and day (literally) to stay on top of these changes and to make sure our paperwork provides all of the information the border needs to clear our products properly with the correct amount of duties.

In addition to normal duties and taxes, the US has implemented "emergency" Section 232 tariffs against steel and aluminum products entering the US from every country in the world (not just from Canada). This means that they will be taxing the value of the raw steel and/or raw aluminum inside each product, in addition to the value of the product itself. GAS products are exempt from duties/tariffs on the value of the product itself (being made in Canada), but may not be exempt from certain Section 232 tariffs including the tariffs on the value of the raw steel & aluminum content, as well as relevant auto part tariffs.

Since all GAS parts are manufactured in Canada, they are exempt from certain import taxes under certain trade agreements, including the one between the US and Canada. We do our best to include COO (Country of Origin) & USMCA declarations with every shipment to avoid the charging of duties & taxes within these countries. That being said, any shipments valued over a certain threshold can be subject to handling fees by the importing country. This is called the De Minimis value, and is out of our control.

For a list of the currently estimated De Minimis values, please see this article from the Global Express Association

2025 UDPATE FOR US RESIDENTS: The De Minimis value has been determined "unfair" by the US government and has been eliminated for all US imports from all countries as of August of 2025. All imports into the US will now be subject to duties and taxes regardless of the value.
