We offer full engine building services in-house at our Ontario, Canada location. All engines in our care undergo a strict process:
- Engines are fully stripped down to the bare block & heads.
- All components are hot tanked and go through an ultrasonic cleaning to remove hidden grime & build-up.
- A full measurement/blueprinting process is performed including measurement & inspection of the cylinder bores, cam & crank journals, camshafts and combustion chambers, etc. Only premium-condition blocks move to Step 4.
- Cylinder blocks are honed and matching cranks are polished, line honed installed with new bearings.
- Forged pistons & rods are weight-matched to ensure an evenly balanced rotating assembly, giving our built engines an unmatched smoothness.
- Piston ring assemblies are cylinder-matched & piston/rod assemblies are installed.
- Conditioned cylinder heads receive a full rebuild with premium Supertech valvetrain components.
- Cylinder head and block assemblies are meticulously assembled with new OEM gaskets & hardware to a "sealed" state, keeping dust out and allowing for easy installation of any upgrades and external parts you already have.
Our race engines are built using only the highest quality parts from ARP, Mahle Motorsport, ACL, King, JE, Wiseco, Wagner, Integrated Engineering, Supertech, Schrick, Ferrea, OE manufacturers and more.
