We are not responsible for duty charges incurred when importing products to your home country. Duties charges are determined by the importing country, not by us, and come along with purchasing internationally.
If you have concerns about whether you will be charged for duties by your country's import authority, we highly recommend looking into your local import policies before ordering. We will not cancel or refund orders because of any duties you incur. Any shipment refused or returned due to duty charges will be subject to an additional shipping charge to cover the expense of the goods being returned to us. We adhere to strict guidelines in regards to declared customs value and will not undervalue shipments as a means of reducing duty costs.
Since all GAS parts are manufactured in Canada, they are exempt from import taxes under certain trade agreements, including the one between the US and Canada. We do our best to include COO (Country of Origin) declarations with every shipment to avoid the charging of duties & taxes within these countries. That being said, any shipments valued over a certain threshold can be subject to handling fees by the importing country. This is out of our control.
