Wagner Competition Intercooler Kit, B9 A4/A5 2.0TFSI

With impressive core dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm (equivalent to 17,130 cc), this intercooler offers a 134% larger flow area and an astonishing 105% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. The Competition high performance intercooler core, equipped with internal turbulators, guarantees the highest quality and efficiency. Although this intercooler is impressively large, it weighs just a light 9.5 kg. The end boxes are made of high-quality cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis to ensure optimal performance. With connection diameters of Ø62 mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67 mm at the intercooler outlet, this intercooler ensures smooth airflow. The result? Outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure.

All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences, but also offers excellent heat conduction properties.
