We are looking for a passionate representative to fulfill online orders, prepare/package/ship products, and provide outstanding customer service to our customers after purchase. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing hands-on fulfillment with communication and support. Knowledge and interest in automotive parts is crucial in order to succeed in this role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process online orders and prepare shipping labels
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure safe, timely delivery
  • Maintain organization of inventory and packaging supplies
  • Create & maintain systems to ensure shipping accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat regarding order status, shipping, and order support
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Perform light administrative tasks related to order tracking and reporting

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, or customer service is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers (Shopify, Google docs, email)
  • Excellent & friendly communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest and knowledge in automotive parts is required

  • Starting salary: $50,000/year
  • 2 weeks paid vacation + 1 week paid holiday closure in December
