Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my order?
Any orders placed for items that we currently have in-stock will be shipped out within 1 business day. Exceptions to this include any fabricated product (intake/exhaust parts, charge pipes, etc.) or kits that must be built per-order.
Any intake/exhaust parts are subject to a build time of 1-2 weeks in most cases. If your part is in stock it will ship out right away, but these are some of our most popular products and we may sell more than we can make, especially during sale periods. We are a small company and we greatly appreciate your patience and support while we work on getting your order out. We prioritize all parts in the order they were received. We will not bump your order ahead of someone else, just as we will not bump anyone else's order ahead of yours.
Where are your parts manufactured?
Our GAS products are all proudly manufactured in Ontario, Canada by our team of skilled fabricators. We use CNC mills, plasma tables, and top-line TIG welding & purging equipment to ensure a very high level of quality control so you get a lifetime product that you can count on.
We can't always do everything, so when we find the need to outsource a specialty operation, we trust and support local Canadian companies rather than farming our parts offshore. This is not the cheapest way to do things, but we believe it is the right way, and it's what our clients have come to expect.
