Direct Injector Cleaning Service

If you're having injector issues including black smoke, poor fuel mileage or misfires, it's likely that your injectors need some love. We are proud to offer fuel injector cleaning services for both direct and port injectors in-house at our Ontario, Canada location!

Process:

Place your order for a quantity that matches the number of injectors you will be sending (6 = 6 injectors, 4 = 4 injectors, etc). If you opted for new seals, please include your VIN in the order notes to prevent delays. Once your order is placed, box up your injectors and send them to us here.

As soon as we receive your injectors we will run an initial test, measuring the effective flow rate and evaluating the spray pattern and removing the old seals.

Your injectors will then receive our full spa treatment, with an internal and external ultrasonic cleaning under our specific variety of operating conditions, a full back purge, and finally a second flow test and spray pattern evaluation.

Once clean, the injectors will be packaged up and send back to you along with a copy of your test results & evaluations. 

Notes:

• You are responsible for shipping your injectors to us. The shipping cost you pay at checkout will cover return shipping to you
• We will treat your injectors as if they were our own, but we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Package your injectors carefully!
  
• This service covers injector cleaning, not repair. If you have a dead injector that does not function, we will contact you before proceeding
• We will also clean port/MPI injectors for the same cost
• New injector seal kits can be provided if desired. Include your VIN and we will update your order with the new seals
• Price is per injector, order the number of injectors you have
