e-Transfer (for Canadian customers only)

Any orders placed by e-transfer must have the payment sent within 5 business days of the order date, or the order will risk being cancelled. If you've selected e-Transfer at checkout and the payment is not received within 5 business days, someone from our team will reach out to verify status of the payment. If payment has not been received within 48 hours of us reaching out, we will have no choice but to cancel the order.

All orders placed by e-Transfer will not be put into the queue until payment is received. This keeps orders going out efficiently and prevents backlog in our fabrication & shipping departments.

PayPal eCheques

Occasionally, PayPal will hold a payment for a week or longer based on many conditions (this is called an eCheque). If you have not received confirmation of your order within 24 hours and you selected PayPal at checkout, please first check the status of your payment on the PayPal website. If the payment shows as successful and you have still not received confirmation, please reach out to us as soon as possible here.
