Our Race Engines are the result of over 15 years of engine building and tuning experience.

All of our engines go through a rigorous build process:

1. Engines are fully stripped down to the bare block & heads.
2. All components are hot tanked and go through an ultrasonic cleaning to remove hidden grime & build-up.
3. A full measurement/blueprinting process is performed including measurement & inspection of the cylinder bores, cam & crank journals, camshafts and combustion chambers, etc. Only premium-condition blocks move to Step 4.
4. Cylinder blocks are honed and matching cranks are polished, line honed installed with new bearings.
5. Forged pistons & rods are weight-matched to ensure an evenly balanced rotating assembly, giving our built engines an unmatched smoothness.
6. Piston ring assemblies are cylinder-matched & piston/rod assemblies are installed.
7. Conditioned cylinder heads receive a full rebuild with premium Supertech valvetrain components.
8. Cylinder head and block assemblies are meticulously assembled with new OEM gaskets & hardware to a "sealed" state, keeping dust out and allowing for easy installation of any upgrades and external parts you already have.

Lead times/Exchange process:

We keep at least 2 cores in stock for all race engines we offer. Buying your engine turn-key this way greatly reduces turnaround times compared to waiting for your engine to be built. Simply swap in our race engine and send us your stock one for a partial refund! 

Note: The core charge will only be refunded if your engine is in useable condition. If you send us a windowed block, do not expect a refund.

All in-stock engines will ship out freight within one week, or can be installed in-house with minimal notice. If we don't have an engine built at the time of your order, lead times can be 2-3 weeks. If you're in a time crunch, we can expedite. Contact us if this is the case and we will work with you.

Warranty:

All of our race engine packages carry a limited 1-year, 20k km warranty against assembly defects (this does not include coverage for shoddy tuning, foreign material damage, or any other conditions outside of our control).
