Secondary air issues plaguing your supercharged Audi 3.0T? This set of billet SAI plates allows you to completely remove your SAI system including all hoses, valves, and pump (with proper tuning), greatly increasing serviceability and reliability. These plates are specifically engineered to fit the EA837 3.0T, and are not generic SAI plates that you will have to grind down to fit your engine.

Note: We recommend leaving the SAI solenoids installed & connected to limit faults. Install the provided caps onto each solenoid during installation. 

Proper tuning is required to prevent CEL.

Features:

• Improves access to the PCV area and rear timing covers, turning an 11-hour timing cover reseal into a 2-hour job
• Prevents the common SAI flow faults that occur regularly on the 3.0T engine
• Eliminates breakage of the brittle SAI pipes during carbon cleaning or PCV, thermostat and water pump replacement
• Provides easy access to all rear components including oxygen sensor connectors, oil filter housing and more

Torque: 9nm with blue loctite

Please refer to the diagrams below for installation. Note that if you still have stock cats installed, transmission removal may be required for installation. The stock cats block access to the SAI valve/heat shield bolts and will need to be removed to install this kit.
