A stainless steel 57mm press-on upper pulley for Gen 1 EA837 Audi 3.0T supercharged engines, from Jackal Motorsports. The smaller upper pulley spins the supercharger faster for more boost, and supports most Stage 2 software setups with great drivability.

Ultra Grip etched belt surface

Most upper pulleys have a smooth belt surface, which is where slip starts once boost and RPM climb. Jackal's Ultra Grip pulley uses a rough-etched surface - the same idea as their lower crank pulleys - so the belt holds on under heavy load and at high RPM. The result is steadier boost and better reliability on a harder-working 3.0T.

Combine this upper with a Jackal lower crank pulley for a full dual pulley setup:

Fitment

Gen 1 EA837 3.0T supercharged engines using the press-on style upper pulley. Not for CREC engines, which use a bolt-on pulley. Check your vehicle before ordering.

Installation note

This is a press-on pulley. It must be heated to 450°F for 45 minutes and installed directly onto the supercharger straight from the heat source. Professional installation is recommended.

Tuning required

Changing pulley size changes boost, so your ECU calibration must be set up for your pulley combination. Pair it with a Jackal Motorsports tune - available here at GAS.
