It's finally here! After years of working around sub-par fueling solutions for the EA113 MK6R FSI we decided to come up with a one-and-done LPFP setup. Dubbed the "Hellcat Killer", this kit makes use of the largest brushed in-tank pumps on the market; the Hellcat 525LPH. To make it worth developing, this kit had to accomplish the following:

  • Out-flows all other LPFP solutions on the market
  • Gets rid of the small 5/16" factory connections
  • Allows for easy removal of the stock filter-regulator setup
  • Provides expansion and versatility for future upgrades over 1000hp
  • Plays nicely with both port-fuel and direct injection setups without major changes
  • Allows full ethanol compatibility in both configurations
  • Retains OEM electrical connections for an easy install
  • Retains full fuel pump control using the factory MED9 ECU as well as a standalone such as Syvecs for maximum flexibility

Once all of these boxes were ticked, we went ahead and developed the most comprehensive setup available for the 6R platform!

First things first, this kit is not for everyone. There are many drop-in LPFP upgrades available that will more than suffice for stock/hybrid/mild full-frame turbo setups. Our kit is for the enthusiast who isn't satisfied with the typical 450hp MK6R power level and wants to use every bit of potential that this chassis has to offer. Easily upgradeable from single to dual-pump configuration, this will be the last LPFP system your car will ever need, whether you're making 500hp or 1000hp+.

We recommend the use of a PM4 LPFP controller, as most factory controllers will overheat trying to run an upgraded pump. We've seen frequent failures of OEM controllers even on the factory pump when the duty cycle is raised by a mere 5%. Running an upgraded controller such as the Torqbyte PM4 will allow full control of one or both in-tank pumps without worrying about losing amperage. If the PM4 option is selected, your kit will come pre-wired for plug-and-play operation.

Please note that this kit will require AN lines to be run for a dual pump configuration.  We can include an adapter hose if you plan on running a single pump setup with the stock filter regulator.

Features:

  • Billet anodized 6061 hat for OEM integration to the stock fuel tank
  • 3x -6AN ORB fittings for maximum flow and customization
  • Adapters included to use OEM pressure regulator or convert OEM feed line to a return line for MPI use (must select stock regulator option)
  • Mil-spec electrical connector with adapter harness for plug-and-play operation
  • New OEM pump basket to retain accurate fuel level reporting

Single Pump Configuration: 450-650hp*

Dual Pump Configuration: 750+hp*

power estimates are based on many factors such as ethanol content, line size, port injection vs direct, injector size, fuel pressure, etc, and are only an approximation. E85 will require roughly 40% more fuel flow per hp than pump gas, so keep this in mind when selecting your configuration.
